HOW DO I ORDER MORE THAN 1 TAPE FOR TRANSFER?
Message us with your tape quantity and we'll calculate out how much it will cost in bulk purchases!

MY TAPE IS BROKEN / DAMAGED, CAN IT STILL BE TRANSFERRED?
We will try to transfer all of the cassettes.
If the tape is irreparably broken, we will reimburse the tape transfer amount.
*Redditch Video Conversions are not responsible for any tape damage during conversions. 

WHAT ARE YOUR DVD OFFERINGS?
We have DVD covers made to order. 
You may order as many as you want with whatever title you desire.

MY TAPE HAS WHITE DUST ON IT, CAN I SEND IT?

ARE THE CONVERSIONS COPY-PROTECTED BY YOU?
No, you are able to copy them for yourself. 

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our turnaround time is projected to be 7 working days or less. We will keep you informed on the progress of your conversions.
If you order DVDs with custom covers, it may take a little longer than usual.
*Orders depend on tape quanitiy and tape time.

HOW SECURE IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM?
We only accept PayPal payments.

I HAVE A TV RECORDED VHS TAPE, WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO TRANSFER?
As long as it's for personal use, we have no proplem with that. 

WILL MY TAPES BE WELL KEPT AND LOOKED AFTER?
We keep every tape we get safe and secure. All cassettes should be kept for future generations!

WILL MY ORIGINAL TAPES BE RETURNED?
Yes, along with your DVD / Digital Format

CAN I ORDER EXTRA COPIES OF MY TAPE?
Yes. Digital files can be copied and saved to your own Cloud/Storage Device.

WHERE CAN I PLAY MY DVDS?
DVD's can be played on any DVD player. This also means any Games Consoles that support DVD Playback.

I HAVE LOADS OF TAPES, WILL I GET A DISCOUNT?
If you send us a message regarding many cassettes, we'll get back to you about discounts!

IF MY TAPES ARE BLANK, WILL I BE CHARGED?
We do not charge for blank tapes.

I LIVE LOCALLY CAN I DROP MY TAPES OFF ?
Yes we accept these.

CAN YOU PUT DIGITAL CONVERSIONS ON MY MEMORY STICK?
Yes, we're happy for you to do this.

WHAT IS YOUR DIGITAL CONVERSION FORMAT
We convert to MP4... but also AVI, WMV, MKV and MOV.
