You agree to the following Terms and Conditions by sending us your cassettes.
1. We assume you have complete copyright to the material you send us to duplicate. We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce any VHS tape if we believe you do not hold the copyright to the material, the material is illegal, or the material could expose us to private or public litigation.
2. Payment must be made at the time the VHS tapes are submitted for transfer to DVD/DIGITAL FORMAT, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Your media is in our care. In the extremely unusual event that we cause damage to your media, our obligation is limited to the amount paid to us for your purchase.
We assume no responsibility for any damage of cassette contents.
4. We will automatically erase your file(s) after 30 days.
Any extra copies you request will be charged at the same amount as a new copy. After 30 days, you will have to resubmit your cassettes.
5. Refunds. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Media that we deliver you that is defective will be replaced rather than reimbursed.
We save a backup of your video files for 30 days.
We strongly advise all customers to create their own backup copies of orders upon arrival.
